Financial constraints were a factor, and I found it impossible to consider implants in Australia, due to the excessive costs.

After contacting Dr Vijay I was assured the standards are the same in India as they are in Australia, so I arrived in India and have been through the whole process, except for the final Ceramic teeth placement which will happen after 4 months, giving the implants time to integrate.

The actual implant process was carried out in just over an hour under local anesthesia, a painless experience.

I have been extremely impressed by Dr Tamhane’s knowledge on the subject of tooth implant practice and his vast experience in the same.

His assistants and clinic show a similar professionalism and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Vijay Tamhane to anybody considering dental implants or treatment.
 
I also used the visit to India to do some touring, very enjoyable.
